Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix until combined, add the table cream, the grated coconut and mix well. Add the milk and stir non-stop until it thickens. Once ready, keep stirring with the heat off until it cools down.
Into a saucepan, cook the chopped pineapples with sugar until water nearly dries out, or use canned pineapples, just make sure to drain.
Into a glass dish, add a layer of cream, then a layer of biscuits, a 3rd layer of pineapples, a 4th layer of cream, a 5th layer of biscuits, a 6th layer of pineapples (Set some aside to garnish) and a final layer of cream.
Garnish with biscuits and leave gaps for the pineapples.
Fill them with rest of the remaining pineapple dices.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 3 hours.
