Into a bowl, add the warm water, the olive oil, the sugar and the dry yeast powder, mix it all together very well.
Add half of the wheat flour and mix well. Gradually add the rest of the flour until it gains consistency, not too hard.
Once it gains consistency, mix by hand. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
Place the dough on a flat table and stretch it with a rolling pin, then roll it into a log shape.
Grease a loaf tin with a drizzle of oil, put the dough in this tin and let it rest until doubled in size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 to 45 minutes, serve.
Note: Depending on the flour, you can use a smaller amount, just be careful not to let your dough get too hard.
