In a pan, boil the water. When it starts to boil, add the instant noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
While cooking, get the tomato powder that comes with the noodles and dissolve it in the milk. If you want, you can add sweet paprika to give it more color and flavor, just mix well until it dissolves completely.
Transfer this mixture to a pan, add the butter or margarine and mix until melted. Drain the water from the noodles and add these noodles to the pan with the mixture, mix well, add the chopped tomato and mix again for 1 minute.
Add the soft cheese spread and stir well until melted and combined.
Turn off the heat and if you like, you can add some parsley to taste.
