1.5L of Water
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Drizzle of Olive Oil
300g of Pipe Rigate Pasta
100g of Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley to Taste
450g of Tomato Sauce
300g of Grated Tuna
½ Cup of Olive Oil
½ Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Oregano
Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
Into a saucepan, add the water, the salt, the olive oil and the pasta, turn on the heat and let it boil for 7 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and set aside.
Into a skillet, add the tomato sauce and the grated tuna, stir very well.
Add the sliced olives, the salt, the garlic powder, the oregano and the black pepper, stir well and let it all cook for 8 minutes.
After this indicated time, add half of the sauce into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Add all the pasta then cover it with the rest of the sauce.
Add 50g of grated mozzarella cheese and parsley to taste, mix all the ingredients.
Add the rest of the cheese and some more parsley to taste, mix again.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
