Into a bowl, add the tomato sauce, the crushed garlic cloves, the chopped onion, the chimichurri, the sweet paprika, the salt and the water, mix it all together very well until combined and set aside.
Roll out half of the pastry dough and stuff it with 6 slices of ham, covering the whole dough. On top of the ham, place 6 slices of mozzarella cheese. Cut off the end of the pastry dough and roll it into a log.
Then, cut the log into 2-finger thick rolls each, set them aside.
Repeat this process with the other half of the pastry dough - stuff it then cut it into smaller pieces.
Into an oven dish, add half of the tomato sauce we’ve made, then add the pasta rolls, arranging them side by side, and pour the rest of the sauce all over them.
Cover the glass oven dish with some aluminum foil and take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
After this indicated time, take it out of the oven and top it with some grated parmesan cheese. Take it back to the oven and let it cook for another 15 minutes
