Into a saucepan, add the jelly powder (flavor of your choice), the colorless gelatin powder and the very hot water. Mix well until all ingredients dissolve.
Bring the saucepan over medium heat and add the sugar (2 cups). And stir non-stop until it starts to boil.
Grease the glass dish in which the jelly mixture we'll be poured with coconut oil, spread evenly.
Pour the jelly mixture in the glass dish and let it chill in the fridge overnight, for about 12 hours.
If you want to make gum drops of other flavors, just repeat this process.
Take the glass dish out of the fridge and remove the gum from the glass dish (do it by hand, it releases very easily).
Put sugar in another glass dish and coat the gum in this sugar. Cut the gum into strips then into dices.
Use a strainer to remove excess sugar.
Serve.
