Start by peeling the bananas.
Cut two of them into round slices and set aside.
Mash the other banana using a form until creamy and smooth.
Transfer it to a bowl, add the eggs and mix until combined.
Next, add the oat flakes and mix until incorporated.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it out.
Then add the banana slices we chopped earlier, arranging them on the bottom of the skillet.
Pour in the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.
Cover the skillet and let it all fry for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the pancake using a plate.
Cover the skillet again and let the pancake fry for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
