In a large ovenproof dish, start by adding the crackers, the ground beef, the eggs and the milk at room temperature.
Season with the crushed garlic cloves, the salt and a generous pinch of black pepper.
Add the ketchup, the brown sugar, parsley to taste and mix it all together very well with your hands to combine all the ingredients.
Make sure to break the crackers until well-crushed then spread this mixture by smashing it down into the dish until flat.
Then take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, top everything with the shredded mozzarella cheese and the shredded cheddar cheese.
Take it back to the oven until both types of cheese have fully melted.
Serve.
