Start by cutting the avocado in half and removing the pit in the center.
Transfer all the avocado to a container, separating the pulp from the skin, and mash very well with a fork.
Transfer all the avocado to a frying pan and cook over low heat until you notice that the avocado has started to release its oil into the pan.
Repeat the process, just like shown in the video.
Now, transfer all the mixture we’ve prepared to another container, passing it through a sieve to extract all the oil from the avocado.
Serve.
