Start by removing the casings from the sausages.
Next, chop them into smaller pieces and set aside.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil and the butter, stir until fully melted.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes and the crushed garlic cloves, stir-fry until golden brown.
Next, add all the sausage, stir until fully cooked through.
Season with the black pepper, the oregano and the mustard, stir again.
Add the tomato chopped into small cubes and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the table cream and parsley to taste, stir well again, turn off the heat and set aside.
In a baking dish, add all the cooked white rice, cover it with all the sausage we prepared, spreading very well.
Add the grated carrot and the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and browns.
Serve.
