Into a bowl, add the egg, the oil, the milk, the sugar, the salt, mix it all together very well with a spatula until combined.
Add the dry yeast, gradually add the wheat flour and keep mixing it nonstop until you've used up all flour and it turns into a dough.
Use your hands when you can no longer mix it with the spatula.
Let it rest for 30 to 40 minutes, in a covered bowl.
Take the dough out of the bowl, roll it into a log shape, leaving it slightly thick, and cut it into 10 equal-sized pieces.
Sprinkle some flour over a table, get one of the pieces of dough and stretch it then cut it into 3 strips. Interwine these 3 strips into a braid, then put the 3 ends together and gently press on them to seal the bread.
Roll this braid into a ball - it will look like a flower. If you wish, you can even open the tips to make it look even more like a rose. Repeat this process with the other pieces of dough.
Brush the egg yolk on top of them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serve.
