Syrup
Into a bowl, add the egg, the sugar and the vanilla, mix very well.
Add the oil and the milk, mix again.
Add the wheat flour and the cocoa powder, mix very well again and add the baking powder, mix gently.
Once you’ve done that, cut the bananas in half lengthwise and peel them. Set aside.
Into a skillet, add the butter or margarine and let it fully melt, add the sugar and stir well until it starts to caramelize.
After that, add the bananas and let them cook for 1 minute in the syrup.
Then pour all the batter we’ve prepared, spreading it out evenly.
Cover the skillet and let it cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, the cake has baked through, remove from the skillet and serve.
