Into a bowl, add the water, the oil and the milk, mix very well.
Microwave this bowl for 1.5 minutes on maximum power.
Into another bowl, add the sweet manioc starch and pour in the mixture we made, in order to blanch the starch, mix very well.
When you can no longer mix with the spatula or spoon, use your hands until a dough is formed.
Now, gradually add the eggs and keep mixing by hand until combined.
Once you’ve done that, add the mozzarella cheese, the parmesan cheese and the salt, mix very well into the dough.
After that, get a portion of this dough and round it, then flatten a bit into a cylinder/log.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all the dough.
Transfer the biscuits to a baking tin greased with margarine or lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
