In a blender, add the eggs, the oil, the milk, the parmesan cheese and the cornstarch, mix all the ingredients very well for 1 minute.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the wheat flour, mix until combined.
Now, add the baking powder, mix gently.
Transfer half of the mixture to a baking tray greased with margarine and flour. I’m using a 30cm x 20cm baking tray.
To make the filling, add the cooked ham, previously grated.
Cover with the sliced mozzarella cheese.
Cut the tomato into small cubes and put them over the cheese.
Add and spread the table cream.
Cover with the rest of the mixture and finish with oregano to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
