For Breading
In a saucepan, start by adding the hot water, add the eggs and let them boil for 10 minutes.
Remove them from the saucepan and transfer them to a bowl filled with cold water.
Peel them.
Cut them in half and set aside.
In a skillet, add the olive oil, add the onion chopped into small cubes and one pinch of salt, stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the wheat flour and stir for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the milk and stir until it gains consistency.
Once you’ve done that, add the tuna and stir for 1 minute.
Next, turn off the heat and transfer all this mixture to an ovenproof dish. Cover with a plastic bag touching the mixture and set aside until cool.
Then get one of the halves of a boiled egg and using a tablespoon, place a portion of the mixture over it, in the shape of the other egg half.
Repeat this process with all the eggs.
Now, for breading, dip each stuffed egg in the beaten eggs, next coat them in the wheat flour, dip them in the beaten eggs again, and finally, coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process with all the eggs.
Fry them in hot oil until brown.
Remove them from the skillet and soak up the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve.
