Broccoli, Carrot and Tomato Salad

In a bowl, add the broccoli, add enough hot water to fully cover it, flip it upside down and let it soak for 3 minutes.Drain the water and remove the stalk. Cut the florets into smaller pieces.Now chop the carrot into thin strips and set aside.Cut the orange and the lemon in half.In a bowl, add the juice of ½ lemon and the juice of the orange, add the sugar and mix well.After that, transfer this syrup to a skillet and add the carrot strips, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 4-5 minutes.After this indicated time, add the salt and the sugar, stir and let it all cook for another 2 minutes.Now, in a bowl, add the olive oil and the garlic powder, mix well.Transfer all the broccoli to a nice serving dish, add the chopped cherry tomatoes, the glazed carrot strips, the dressing we made, one pinch of salt, the sesame seeds and mix well.Serve.

  • 1 Broccoli

  • 250g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Seeds

Syrup

  • 1 Ripe Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sugar

Modo de Fazer

Serve.
