Syrup
In a bowl, add the broccoli, add enough hot water to fully cover it, flip it upside down and let it soak for 3 minutes.
Drain the water and remove the stalk. Cut the florets into smaller pieces.
Now chop the carrot into thin strips and set aside.
Cut the orange and the lemon in half.
In a bowl, add the juice of ½ lemon and the juice of the orange, add the sugar and mix well.
After that, transfer this syrup to a skillet and add the carrot strips, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 4-5 minutes.
After this indicated time, add the salt and the sugar, stir and let it all cook for another 2 minutes.
Now, in a bowl, add the olive oil and the garlic powder, mix well.
Transfer all the broccoli to a nice serving dish, add the chopped cherry tomatoes, the glazed carrot strips, the dressing we made, one pinch of salt, the sesame seeds and mix well.
Serve.
