In a large skillet filled with boiling water, add the orange juice, the plain yogurt and stir until combined.
Add the wheat flour and mix everything thoroughly until a smooth, uniform dough forms.
Remove from the heat and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
In a medium bowl, add the grated ham, the grated mozzarella, parsley to taste, the oregano, black pepper to taste and mix everything very well to combine.
Once the dough has cooled, divide it into equal parts and flatten each piece of dough until it's not too thin nor too thick.
Next, fill it with 2 tablespoons of the mixture we prepared.
Close the dough, remove the excess and repeat this process until all the dough and filling have been used up.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover its bottom and let it heat up.
Add the snacks we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
