Upside-Down Skillet Pizza

In a 24cm-diameter skillet, start by adding parchment paper.Add the pepper cut into strips, the onion cut into thin strips and spread everything with your hands.Add the slices of pepperoni, the slices of smoked sausage and the mushroom chopped into slices.Then, add the grated parmesan cheese, the shredded mozzarella cheese and the slices of provolone cheese.Season with a pinch of Italian seasoning and set aside.In a medium bowl, add the tomato paste, the garlic paste, the onion powder, the Italian seasoning, the grated parmesan cheese, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and give it all a good mix to combine the seasoning.Add this sauce to the skillet and spread it with a spoon.Finally, cover everything with a fresh sheet of pizza dough and tuck it around the edges, spreading it evenly.Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and let it bake for 35 minutes.Serve.
