Fish Cooked in Boiling Water

In a large saucepan, add the water and bring it to a boil.Add the peeled garlic cloves, the dried rosemary, the dried parsley and the cleaned, butterflied fish.Let it cook for just 1 minute, remove it from the water and transfer it to a meat cutting board.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the thyme, the juice of a lemon, spread everything with a brush and set aside.Next, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and transfer them to a large bowl.Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, 1 drizzle of olive oil and mix.Place these potatoes on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and spread them out.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) along with the fish we prepared earlier and bake everything for 40 minutes.Serve.

Potatoes

  • 1kg of Potatoes
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • Olive Oil

Next, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and transfer them to a large bowl.
