
Potatoes
In a large saucepan, add the water and bring it to a boil.
Add the peeled garlic cloves, the dried rosemary, the dried parsley and the cleaned, butterflied fish.
Let it cook for just 1 minute, remove it from the water and transfer it to a meat cutting board.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the thyme, the juice of a lemon, spread everything with a brush and set aside.
Next, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and transfer them to a large bowl.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, 1 drizzle of olive oil and mix.
Place these potatoes on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper and spread them out.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) along with the fish we prepared earlier and bake everything for 40 minutes.
Serve.

I tried this recipe as I have always been afraid of cooking fish but this was absolutely easy and delicious with taste, thank you!
