Start by deboning the chicken, remove the rib bone and the breastbone, chop the wings on both sides, make a slit in the thighs and remove the bones too.
Next, cover the chicken with some food-safe plastic, pound it well to tenderize the meat and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the sweet paprika, the chimichurri, the dried parsley, the garlic flakes, the onion flakes, the salt, the black pepper and mix.
Then add this seasoning to the chicken and spread it.
Add the slices of mozzarella, the slices of ham, the cream cheese and a pinch of oregano.
Then roll the chicken by covering the stuffing and to secure everything, tie it with a string.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover with foil.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and roast for 40 minutes.
Serve.
