Fried Pasta

Into a saucepan with boiling water, add a drizzle of olive oil and the salt, add the pasta and cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until al dente.After this indicated time, drain the pasta water and set aside.Into a bowl, add the wheat flour, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika and the salt, mix it all together very well.Put the pasta in another bowl and add the eggs, mix well until the eggs incorporate into the pasta.After that, get 1 penne and thoroughly coat it in the flour mix we’ve just prepared. Repeat this process with every penne, one by one.Now, into a skillet, add enough oil to cover the pasta while frying it. Heat up the oil and add the pasta, let it all fry until golden.Remove all this pasta from the skillet and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain it off.Transfer the pasta to a bowl and season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and shake it to evenly distribute the spice mix all over the pasta.Serve with your favorite sauce.

  • Oil for Frying
