Start by peeling the boiled eggs.
It's important that you remove the shells without breaking the eggs.
Next, cut the eggs in half and remove all the yolks.
Now, place the egg whites in a medium bowl and pour in the coffee.
Ideally, the egg whites should be fully covered and the coffee should be at room temperature.
Set aside and let them soak for 2 hours.
After this time has passed, place the yolks in a medium bowl.
Add the whipping cream, the sugar and whisk everything very well with a fork until it foams.
This step can also be done with an electric mixer to make the process easier.
Next, transfer everything to a piping bag and set aside.
Next, remove the boiled egg whites from the coffee and dry them well.
Finally, fill them with the cream we prepared.
