Start by adding a drizzle of vegetable oil to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the uncooked rice and stir well to evenly incorporate the oil into the rice grains.
In the blender, add the green bell pepper, the onion chopped into smaller pieces and the well-washed spinach leaves.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the garlic powder.
Add the water and blend everything very well until you get a smooth and liquid mixture.
After that, pour this green mixture into the skillet along with the rice.
Cover the skillet and let it cook over low heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Next, slice the sausages into rounds.
Now, in another skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the sliced sausages, the onion sliced into strips and sauté everything very well until golden brown.
Serve the spinach rice along with the sautéed sausages.
