Start by adding one drizzle of olive oil into a skillet, add any cut of beef of your choice chopped into dices. Stir very well until the meat sears and starts releasing juices.
Season with the salt, the sweet paprika, the black pepper and the crushed garlic cloves, stir very well.
Once you’ve done that, cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, put the water, the soy sauce and the corn starch, mix well and set aside.
Once the meat has cooked through, remove from the skillet and set aside.
Into the same skillet, add the red onion chopped into small dices, the red bell pepper chopped into dices, the tomato chopped into dices, some parsley to taste, stir very well for 2 minutes.
Once you’ve done that, transfer all the meat back to the skillet, add the sauce we made, stir well.
After that, add the precooked pasta, stir very well until all ingredients combine.
Serve.
