Pasta with Basil and Spinach Leaves

In a large skillet, add the pasta, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the spinach leaves, the red onion sliced into strips, the tomato purée and the garlic cloves sliced into thin strips.Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the chili flakes and the dried basil.Add a drizzle of olive oil, the oat milk and the chicken broth.Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, stir everything well to combine and finish with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.Serve.

  • 100g of Pasta
  • 150g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 40g of Spinach Leaves
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 4 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Chili Flakes 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Basil
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Oat Milk (240ml)
  • 1 Cup of Chicken Broth
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to Taste

In a large skillet, add the pasta, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the spinach leaves, the red onion sliced into strips, the tomato purée and the garlic cloves sliced into thin strips. 

Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the chili flakes and the dried basil. 

Add a drizzle of olive oil, the oat milk and the chicken broth. 

Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
