
In a large skillet, add the pasta, the cherry tomatoes cut in half, the spinach leaves, the red onion sliced into strips, the tomato purée and the garlic cloves sliced into thin strips.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the chili flakes and the dried basil.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, the oat milk and the chicken broth.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, stir everything well to combine and finish with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
Serve.
