Into a bowl, add the milk powder and half a pack of condensed milk, mix very well, add the other half of condensed milk, mix again. If you can't mix with the spatula, you can use your hands to mix until it turns into a dough.
Grease your hands with some margarine and get a piece of dough. Flatten it into a circle, place a strawberry right at the center of this circle and fold the dough around it, covering the whole strawberry.
Insert a barbecue skewer on the bottom of the strawberry to make it easier to coat it in the syrup. Repeat this process with the other strawberries!
To make the syrup, in a saucepan put the sugar, the water, the vinegar and the food coloring, stir just enough to dissolve the coloring in the water and don't stir again, leave it on low heat until it boils (do not stir again).
To know it the syrup has reached the right consistency, pour some of it in a bowl with water, if it starts making tinkling sounds, it means it's ready.
Turn off the heat and dip the strawberries in the syrup.
Set aside on a plate until they dry.
Serve.
