Ground Beef
In a skillet filled with hot oil, add the potatoes sliced into half-moons.
Cover the skillet and let them fry for 5minutes.
Season them with the salt, the sweet paprika and the oregano, stir very well to incorporate the spices and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
After that, remove the potatoes from the hot oil and transfer them to a medium baking dish.
In another skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil and the ground beef, stir until all the meat juices have evaporated.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes and the crushed garlic cloves, stir very well.
Season the meat with the salt, the sweet paprika, add the green and red bell peppers chopped into small cubes and the tomato sauce, stir until incorporated.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer all the meat to the baking dish with the potatoes.
Top it all with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted.
Serve.
