Breading Mixture
Start by trimming both ends of the eggplants.
Pass the eggplants through a vegetable slicer and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, the crushed garlic cloves and the grated onion.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, parsley to taste and mix very well with your hands until combined.
Next, transfer the eggplant slices to a cutting board.
Add 1 tablespoon of the meat we prepared and spread it with your hands all over the entire eggplant slice, then roll them up.
Repeat this process with all the slices.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the baking powder, the sweet paprika, the salt, the white vinegar, the water and mix until combined.
Now, coat one of the rolls in the baking dish filled with some wheat flour, secure it with a toothpick and dip it in the mixture we prepared.
Repeat this process with all the rolls.
In a skillet filled with hot vegetable oil, fry the rolls until slightly golden brown.
Serve with a sauce of your choice.

Looks delicious but instead of frying, I will just bake it covered with sauce.
