Stuffing
Start by adding the milk in an oven-bag placed into a medium bowl.
Add the salt, the juice of a lemon, mix everything very well to combine and close the bag.
Take it to a preheated oven at 160° C (350° F) and bake for 45 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the milk curds through a colander and press well.
Take to the fridge and chill for at least 8 hours.
After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the ham chopped into small cubes, green onion to taste, the sliced pitted black olives, the oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well to combine.
Unmold the cheese onto a plate, cut it into slices and set aside.
Then, stuff 3 red bell pepper halves with the mixture we prepared.
Add a drizzle of tare sauce and a slice of the cheese we prepared on each one.
Serve.

What is tare sauce? Do you cook stuffed peppers before serving?

Tarê sauce is a dense, sweet and creamy oriental sauce, originating in Japan, which is made with soy sauce, sugar, sake and ginger. We don't cook the peppers.
