Bell Peppers Stuffed with Homemade Cheese

Start by adding the milk in an oven-bag placed into a medium bowl.Add the salt, the juice of a lemon, mix everything very well to combine and close the bag.Take it to a preheated oven at 160° C (350° F) and bake for 45 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the milk curds through a colander and press well.Take to the fridge and chill for at least 8 hours.After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the ham chopped into small cubes, green onion to taste, the sliced​​pitted black olives, the oregano, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well to combine.Unmold the cheese onto a plate, cut it into slices and set aside.Then, stuff 3 red bell pepper halves with the mixture we prepared.Add a drizzle of tare sauce and a slice of the cheese we prepared on each one.Serve.
