In a large bowl, add the ground beef.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well.
Once you've done that, place the sliced bacon on a cutting board, arranging the slices side by side, vertically.
Add the meat we prepared covering the slices of bacon and trim off the excess with the help of a knife.
Next, roll up the slices to shape them into burger patties.
Transfer them to a medium baking dish, brush barbecue sauce to taste all over them and sprinkle garlic powder to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Brush a large skillet over medium to low heat with the unsalted butter.
Add a burger bun split in half and fry until golden brown.
Repeat this process with 2 more burger buns.
To assemble the recipe, spread mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup to taste on the bottom halves of the buns.
Add 2 slices of tomato to each one, the lettuce leaves to taste, the baked burgers we prepared earlier and finish by closing the burgers with the top buns.
Serve.
