Sauce
Add the spaghetti pasta in a blender, turn it to maximum power and grind it to a fine powder.
Next, transfer all this powder to a countertop and make a hole in its center.
Gradually add the eggs and keep mixing until it all combines, and a dough forms.
Now, using a rolling pin, stretch out the dough, making sure it’s not too thick nor too thin.
Next, using a pastry wheel, cut it into thin strips and set aside.
In a large saucepan filled with boiling water, add the salt, the pasta strips we made and let them boil for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water, and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the tomato sauce, the salt, the garlic powder, the onion powder, one pinch of black pepper and mix until incorporated.
Drizzle this sauce all over the pasta or, if you prefer, add 200ml of your choice of sauce.
Finish by adding the grated parmesan cheese.
