Grate the cabbage and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into small dices and set aside in water for a few minutes.
Also cut the bacon into small dices and fry them until golden. Set aside.
Fry the potatoes - add some salt before frying them, then fry until golden. Set aside.
Put the cabbage in a bowl and season to taste. We used black pepper, dried parsley, parsley and chives to taste, and a bit of salt. Mix it all together gently. Add a drizzle of olive oil, the seedless chopped tomatoes, add the bacon and mix.
Add the potatoes and mix.
Serve.
