Doritos-Crusted Deep-Fried Ham and Cheese Snack

Start by stacking the ham slices and the mozzarella cheese slices one on top of the other, until you’ve used up all of them.Once you’ve done that, cut this stack in half, diagonally, and split each half in half again, always leaving the ham slices on the edges.Just like shown in the video.Next, in a small container, add the wheat flour, in another container, add the eggs, and in the last one, add the crushed Doritos.Now, bread each ham and cheese stack – first, coat it in the wheat flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, coat it in the wheat flour again, then dip it in the beaten eggs once again and finally, coat it in the crushed Doritos.Repeat this process with all the stacks.Once you’ve done that, put the vegetable oil in a skillet and once it’s hot enough, add the stacks and fry them until golden brown.Remove them from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve with a dip of your choice.

  • 200g of Sliced Ham
  • 200g of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200g of Crushed Doritos
  • 1 Liter of Oil
