Traditional Soft Cake

Into a blender, add the condensed milk - set 50g aside for the end of the recipe. Also add the eggs, the milk, the salt, the wheat flour, the sugar, the table cream and the butter, blend it all together very well until fully combined.Grease a cake mold - I used a 22cm mold - with butter and transfer the whole mixture to this mold.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 60 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.Unmold, brush the 50g of condensed milk we've set aside in the beginning all over the cake and sprinkle some grated coconut to taste. But that's optional, you don't have to add it.Serve.

  • 1 Pack of Condensed Milk (395g)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 500ml of Milk
  • 1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
  • 1 ½ Cups (200ml) of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 ½ Cups (200ml) of Sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon of Margarine
  • Grated Coconut to Taste

Grease a cake mold - I used a 22cm mold - with butter and transfer the whole mixture to this mold. 

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 60 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
