Chocolate and Biscuits Dessert

Crush the biscuits in a food processor until crumbly.Once you’ve done that, transfer the biscuit crumbs to a bowl and add the refined sugar and the cocoa powder, mix well.Add the melted butter and mix well.Gradually add the milk and keep mixing until a smooth mixture forms.Once you’ve done that, place this mixture on a plastic bag or plastic wrap.Then roll up the mixture and shape it into a log.Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this indicated time, unroll the dessert and cut it into thick slices.Next, melt the milk chocolate and dip half of each slice of the dessert in this chocolate to make a shell.Finally, garnish with chocolate sprinkles to taste.Serve.

  • 350g of Digestive Biscuits 
  • 2 Tablespoons of Refined Sugar 
  • 4 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder 
  • 4 Tablespoons of Melted Butter or Margarine 
  • 150ml of Milk 
  • 200g of Milk Chocolate 
  • Chocolate Sprinkles to Taste
