In a jar with a lid, add the chicken drumsticks.

In a medium bowl, add the cornstarch, the eggs, the salt, the sweet paprika, a pinch of black pepper, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.
In another bowl, add the breadcrumbs and bread the chicken we prepared.
First, dip in the egg mixture then coat in the breadcrumbs.
In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
