In a bowl, place the cornmeal, the packs of table cream, the condensed milk. If you don't have condensed milk, you can add 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Add the baking powder and mix very well until combined.
Grease a ring cake pan with butter or margarine and cornmeal. Pour the batter into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve.
