Start by placing 12 eggs into a twelve-cup muffin pan, placing one egg in each cup.
Season them with the salt and the black pepper.
Next, to assemble the first row, add the salami, the green bell pepper and the mushrooms chopped into cubes, dividing these ingredients between the cups.
Next, to assemble the second row, add the Japanese cucumber, the red bell pepper chopped into small cubes and parsley to taste, dividing these ingredients between the cups.
Now, to assemble the third and fourth rows, add the broccoli chopped into smaller pieces, the yellow bell pepper and the red onion also chopped into cubes.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese to the first and third rows, dividing it between them.
Then, add the grated cheddar cheese to the second and fourth rows, dividing it between them.
Add oregano to taste on top of everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
