Glaze
In a medium ovenproof dish with the ground beef, add the eggs, the milk, the diced red onion, the ketchup, the soy sauce and the Dijon mustard.
Add the breadcrumbs, the garlic paste, a pinch of salt, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, a pinch of black pepper and mix until combined.
Next, arrange this whole meat mixture evenly in the dish and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the ketchup, the Dijon mustard, the brown sugar, the soy sauce and mix until combined.
Brush all this glaze over the meat mixture we prepared.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 1 hour.
Serve.
