Creamy Chocolate Dessert

Into a saucepan, add the milk, the sugar and the salt, mix very well. Bring to a boil over low heat and let the milk heat up a bit.Meanwhile, in a bowl put 150ml of milk and the cocoa powder, mix well and pour the chocolate mixture into the pan filled with milk, mix well until combined. Add the chocolate and mix again, let it heat up.Into a bowl, add the colorless unflavored gelatin powder and the water, mix and microwave it for 15 seconds.Pour this gelatin mixture into the saucepan and mix until it starts to boil.Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a clean milk carton box with the top cut off.Leave in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.Unmold and garnish with grated coconut and chocolate powder.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 600ml of Milk
  • 8 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 135g of Milk or Semisweet Chocolate
  • 15g of Colorless Unflavored Gelatin Powder
  • 6 Tablespoons of Water

Chocolate Mixture

  • 150ml of Milk
  • 6 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder

Into a saucepan, add the milk, the sugar and the salt, mix very well. Bring to a boil over low heat and let the milk heat up a bit. 

Meanwhile, in a bowl put 150ml of milk and the cocoa powder, mix well and pour the chocolate mixture into the pan filled with milk, mix well until combined. Add the chocolate and mix again, let it heat up.

Into a bowl, add the colorless unflavored gelatin powder and the water, mix and microwave it for 15 seconds. 

Pour this gelatin mixture into the saucepan and mix until it starts to boil.

Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a clean milk carton box with the top cut off.

Leave in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.

Unmold and garnish with grated coconut and chocolate powder.

Serve.
