Into a pan, add the water, the salt, the olive oil and the pasta, stir gently and let it cook for 8 minutes.
After this indicated time, turn off the heat, set aside 2 scoops of this cooking water, drain the rest of the water and set the pasta aside.
Now into a skillet, add some olive oil, add the onion chopped into dices and the crushed garlic cloves, stir until slightly golden brown.
Add the tomato paste, the salt, the black pepper, the oregano and the sweet paprika, stir well. Then add the pasta water we’ve set aside and the milk, stir well again.
Add the table cream and stir.
After that, add the pasta, stir.
Add the cheddar cheese, the mozzarella cheese and the butter, stir well until all the ingredients melt and combine.
Top with some parsley to taste.
Serve.
