Chocolate Ganache
Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the packs of table cream, the milk powder and the milk, stir well until it thickens, and a cream is formed.
Transfer all this cream to a large bowl, then cover with a plastic bag, making sure it touches the cream. Take it to the fridge and leave it there until chilled.
Meanwhile, chop the strawberries into smaller pieces.
Once you’ve done that, into a bowl, add the semisweet chocolate and melt it in the microwave, mixing every 30 seconds, or melt it using a double boiler.
Add the table cream and mix until a ganache is formed. Set aside.
Now get the cream already chilled and mix with a whisk, add the chopped strawberries and mix gently.
After that, transfer all this mixture to a nice dish and spread it out evenly.
Pour the chocolate ganache all over it and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and strawberries, to taste.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for another 30 minutes or until firm.
Serve.
