Get a milk carton and make some markings using the width of a bread knife as a measure, make a small hole with a smaller knife in the center of all these markings.
Insert popsicle sticks in the smaller holes made with the knife and set aside.
Into a pan, add the corn starch, the condensed milk and the table cream, mix very well until combined.
Add the grated coconut and the milk, turn on the heat at medium temperature and stir until it thickens.
Pour this cream into the milk carton and cover with plastic wrap to seal it well.
Refrigerate until completely frozen (overnight is best).
Melt the chocolate and add the peanuts, mix well.
Cut the popsicles with a knife along the markings on the carton we made at the beginning.
Remove the rest of the milk packaging and dip the popsicle in the chocolate, until fully covered.
Repeat this process with the other popsicles.
Serve.
