Strawberry sauce
Into a bowl, add the strawberries and the sugar, with a hand mixer, mix very well. If you prefer, you can use a blender.
After that, add the milk and mix it all together very well.
Transfer this mixture to a saucepan, sifting it through.
Add the corn starch and mix very well again.
Once you’ve done that, bring it to a boil over medium heat and stir until the cream thickens.
After that, transfer the cream to a small glass dish, I’m using a 1.2L glass dish.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the strawberry sauce.
Into a skillet, add the sugar and stir until melted.
Add the unsalted butter, stir again until it melts and turns into caramel.
Now add the ripe strawberries cut in half and stir until a sauce is formed.
Pour the sauce over the dessert.
Take it back to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve.
