In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla essence and beat everything with an electric mixer until foamy.
Add the milk, the wheat flour, a pinch of salt and beat again until smooth.
Then, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Transfer this batter to the plastic bottle using a funnel.
Make a small hole in the center of the lid and cover the bottle with it.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drop of vegetable oil and spread it with a brush.
Add the batter, shaping it into circles, then make 2 small circles around the larger ones.
Fry until golden brown on both sides and repeat this process with all the batter.
Finally, garnish all the pancakes with melted chocolate to taste.
Serve.
