Start by placing the milk biscuits into a food processor and grind them very well until they turn into fine crumbs.
If you prefer, you can also do this process in a blender.
Next, transfer to a medium bowl, add the melted butter and mix until combined.
Transfer to a medium baking dish and spread it evenly.
Use a glass to press it down firmly at the bottom and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the condensed milk, the cocoa powder and mix everything very well until combined.
Now, in a large bowl, add the chilled whipping cream and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
When that happens, add the condensed milk and cocoa mixture we prepared earlier and beat again until combined.
Add the walnuts chopped into smaller pieces, the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and mix to combine.
Transfer all this mixture to the baking dish with the biscuits and spread it evenly.
Decorate with crushed biscuits to taste.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours
Serve.
