Start by cutting the head of cauliflower and remove the entire stem.
Transfer all the florets to a large bowl and add enough water to cover everything.
Add the baking soda, mix everything very well and drain all the water.
After doing that, add the water in a large pot.
Then add a steamer rack and all the cauliflower florets.
Cover the pot and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the heat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the chili flakes, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix thoroughly to ensure the spices are well incorporated.
Add the water and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, dip all the cauliflower florets into this spice mixture we prepared and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the cauliflower florets and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
