Filling
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the dry yeast powder, the baking powder, the salt, the melted butter, the warm milk, the wheat flour and mix everything together very well until combined.
Next, transfer this dough to a countertop and knead for about 10 minutes.
Transfer to an oven bag, close it with a piece of string and attach this bag to the oven rack.
Take it to a preheated oven at 40° C (104° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the grated ham, the grated mozzarella, the cream cheese, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.
After the baking time has passed and the dough has fermented, transfer it to the countertop.
Knead it a few times, shape it into a ball and divide it into 12 equal parts.
Now, take one of these parts and stretch it out until it is not too thin nor too thick.
Add 2 tablespoons of the filling we prepared.
Fold the edges over the filling and roll it up.
Repeat this process with all the dough and filling.
Next, transfer to a large baking sheet, cover with a cloth and let it all rest for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, brush a beaten egg over everything.
Add sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
