In a bowl, add the hot water and the strawberry jelly powder, dissolve well.
Add the cold water and mix.
Transfer the jelly mixture to a glass dish and leave in the fridge until firm.
In another bowl, add the condensed milk, the table cream, mix well. Add the milk and the unflavored gelatin powder previously hydrated, mix until combined.
After that, remove the jelly from the fridge, cut into cubes and release them.
Transfer them to a 1.6L glass dish, pour in the cream we made, take to the fridge and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the packs of table cream, the vanilla essence, turn on the heat to medium power and stir until consistent.
After that, let the cream cool a bit, add the whipped cream, mix well until combined.
Remove the dessert from the fridge and over the first cream, arrange the strawberries cut in half all around the edges of the glass dish.
Then pour in the second cream we just made and spread evenly.
Garnish with strawberries and white chocolate shavings to taste.
Take to the fridge an let it chill for at least 6 hours.
Serve.
