Into a blender, put the coconut milk, the milk powder, the milk and the condensed milk, blend very well.
Add the previously hydrated unflavored gelatin according to the instructions on the package and blend again.
Grease a ring cake tin with a drizzle of oil and pour in the mixture, let it chill in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
Into a pan, add the water, bring it to a boil and turn off the heat. Fully dissolve the packets of jelly powder in this water.
Run a knife around the edges and center of the tin to release the dessert and pour the dissolved jelly filling in these gaps, all the way up in the tin.
Let it chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
